Erica Parker- Owner, Legionella Specialist
Erica is the Owner and Public Health Manager at Water Management Advisors. She is responsible for leading the consulting team. Erica leads all Legionella water management plans and advising for Legionella-related problems.
Erica has experience with creating and managing water management plans for hospitals, long-term care, and intermediate care facilities. Prior to working for Water Management Advisors, Erica conducted microbiological research with Bowling Green State University.
Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology with Honors and a minor in Public Health from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Science in Infectious Disease from Drexel University.
Erica has her ASSE International Legionella Water Safety & Management certification. Erica is a member of Association of Water Technologies (AWT) and in Young Professionals and Woman of Water (WOW). She is a member of American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and is in Young Engineers in ASHRAE (YEA).

Zach Eskins- Service Manager
Zach is the Service Manager at Water Management Advisors. He is responsible for leading the sampling team. Zach leads all water sampling and remediation recommendations, including case investigation sampling. Zach also is the company's expert in point of use filtration, providing facilities temporary and long-term options to better protect individuals and equipment.
Zach has vast knowledge in equipment involving Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and troubleshooting problems. Prior to working for Water Management Advisors, Zach worked as an HVAC specialist, managing customers' HVAC systems for routine and problematic visits in Northwest Ohio.
Zach holds a Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR) Certificate from Terra State Community College in Fremont, Ohio.
Zach has his ASSE International Legionella Water Safety & Management certification.
